The JanTink Mobile!!!
After I got my car detailed, I figured I could finally do this. Before, I didn't want my pit of a vehicle reflecting badly on my business, LOL! I was totally inspired by Patty Bennet doing the same thing to her car, except I took mine a little further, as you will see.
But now my car is SO clean and so lovely...and my children are NOT allowed to eat in it, FOR-EV-ER. All their belongings and trash will be removed when they get out of the car, the exception being their softball mitts. I pondered having them remove their shoes when they get in, but figured that was going a little far. And then I'd have to smell their feet while driving and the thought wasn't all that attractive. 
The people at the car wash where I had it detailed told me it was in pretty darned good shape for a '99 van. And they made me swear I would vacuum it more often and wash it regularly too. After the amount of vacuuming they had to do to get it clean (for which I was charged extra!), they obviously had developed a feeling of ownership.
Anyway, further views:
I had bought the Flourishes Decor Elements way back when we started carrying them, but hadn't done a thing with them. I decided they would add a lot to the car decor!
This was an adventure. I had NEVER done anything with Decor Elements before. I had bought them and just kept them, thinking I would someday figure out where to put them. Then when SU! came out with the logo ones, I decided I'd do my van. I messed up in a couple of places, but mostly they are GOJUS (YILM!)
Things I discovered:
- These peel off the best if you pull the backing at very sharp angle.
- Go slow, because when you get cocky about how well you're doing and start going faster, that's when you end up messing up!
- If you mess up something, sometimes you can rescue it with a pair of tweezers.
- If all else fails, you can trim off bits that get messed up if it doesn't bolux up the design.
