'Tis the season....
Last year I got away with just one mild cold. So hopefully this is it for the season. It started out as mild, thanks to lashings of zinc. I held it off for a while, but then it blew by the zinc and I got all the usual crap. Bleh.
What do I do when I'm sick? I work when I can. Because I don't feel like stamping and I get bored reading after a while. I figure if I already feel crappy, I might as well just go ahead and work and make some money.
In spite of it all, I did get one card made this week. It took me a week to make because I couldn't make up my mind what to do with the main image once I finished it. I finally came up with this:
Ingredients: Stamps - Wonderful Blessing, Music Notes; Paper - Island Indigo, Pear Pizazz, Cherry Cobbler, Whisper White; Ink - Island Indigo, Pear Pizazz, Cherry Cobbler; Other - Frosted Finishes Embellishments, Clear EP, Whisper White Organza ribbon, sponge wedges, dimensionals, Rhinestones Basic Jewels, Simply Scored.
GOJUS! (YILM!) This beautiful single stamp didn't really need much gussying up. I stamped it twice and embossed with clear EP both times then cut just the frame and banner from one of the images and adhered it on top of the other one which had soft color sponged behind it. The mat beneath it has 4 lines 1/8" apart scored around each side, creating a scored frame. I love the color combination too!

Well, I'm going to go settle down with a book, a blanket, and a box of tissues. Ta!
