The only opinions you'll find on my blog are my own. The products I use, for the most part, are ones that I purchase myself unless I indicate otherwise. They are all products which I enjoy using and would recommend. I do participate in affiliate programs with Amazon.com, Blick Art Supplies, Ellen Hutson LLC, Gina K, Ribbon Resource, Scrapbook.com, and Simon Says Stamp, and affiliate links are used whenever possible. Purchasing products by clicking on my affiliate links costs you nothing and helps support my artistic endeavors and this blog, and I thank you.
These are, of course, the colors in the Sweater Weather DSP from the Holiday Catalog, so that was what I turned to when I started this card. Lookie:
I laid these colors together on my desk, I wasn't sure what I could do
with them. Luckily, adding a touch of white just made them POP! And it
flowed on from there. Lookie:
Stamps - Harvest of Thanks; Paper - Sweater Weather DSP, Sahara Sand, Tangerine Tango, Chocolate Chip, Very Vanilla;
Ink - Chocolate Chip, Crushed Curry, Tangerine Tango, Soft Sky;
Other - Apothecary Accents Framelits, 7/8" scallop circle, 3/4" Crushed Curry chevron ribbon, Regals Candy
Dots, Tangerine Tango, Chocolate Chip, and Crushed Curry markers, Clear EP, Signo White gel pen, dimensionals.
GOJUS! (YILM!) For the label framelit, I cut a piece of Tangerine Tango to make a mat, and then I punched two circles with the 7/8" scallop circle punch to create the scalloped mat behind the rounded ends of the label. So clever! (YILM!)
You can buy this set and the other materials to make this card through my webstore.
