I have to admit, I really love the Tea for Two Suite in the Spring catalog! Well, heck, I love almost everything in there. I love that there are plenty of products in the catalog that will go with other products that are not in the same product suite as well as with products in the big catalog, as I have done here. Lookie:
Ingredients: Stamps - That's the Ticket, Collage Curios, From My Heart, Papillon Poutpourri; Paper - Tea for Two DSP, Lucky Limeade, Calypso Coral, So Saffron; Ink - Early Espresso, Calypso Coral; Other - Finishing Touches Edgelits, Duo Ticket Punch, Bitty Butterfly Punch, 1" circle punch, Vanilla 5/8" Flower Trim, Crumb Cake seam binding, Soda Pop tops, sewing machine, sponge wedges, dimensionals.
GOJUS! (YILM!) Here I used my favorite flower trim sponged lightly with color as well as a Soda Pop Top that I ran through the Big shot to squish it down. And I even (gasp!) pulled out my little sewing machine to sew on this as it just needed it so much! This card, I will say, took me days to make, moving things around and trying to find just the best way to position all the elements. I started with the paper and the two tickets and went from there.
This card, to me, is a reminder that this craft is all about "ephemera," which means something that doesn't last and is usually thrown away. Tickets, menus, invitations, newspaper clippings...all the stuff that people usually throw away, but somethings save and put in scrapbooks. Just like our cards. Though if you throw a card like this away, there is something WRONG with you!!! And you won't be getting another one from me. Just sayin'.
Well, I'm off to get ready for church. Then when I come back, I get to work on TAXES. Ugh! Have a blessed Sunday! Ta!

What a gorgeous card!! In true Jan Tink style! I love your creations! Good luck with your weight loss.

I have to say, I don't like you again. You just cost me another $75 in stamps. Quit being so gojus! LOL. When I saw this I had to run and call your evil twin and complain! I can provide you my address if you want to send me a sample.
