It's that time again, time to freak out with the freaks on our monthly blog tour! If you've just arrived from Barb Mullikin's blog, you have made it all the way to the end of the tour and can stop if you started at the beginning of the tour.
However, if you started right here, fear not! You can manage to get all the way around the entire tour just by following the links at the bottom of each post.
This post is going live on the evening of the 19th, so if you find some posts in our tour have not yet posted, please be patient. The entire tour should be accessible at some point this evening. Keep checking back!
The theme is New Catalog Creations and features new stamps and accessories from the 2012-2013 Catalog.
I really enjoyed this theme, since I had so much new stuff to play with that it wasn't hard to come up with some GOJUS creations! Lookie:
Ingredients: Stamps - Blooming with Kindness; Paper - 2012-2014 In Color Print Patterns, Crumb Cake, Early Espresso, Pink Pirouette; Ink - Pink Pirouette, Primrose Petals, Early Espresso; Other - Adorning Accents Edgelits, Delicate Designs embossing folders, Jewels Basic Rhinestones, Primrose Petals Stitched Satin Ribbon, Essentials Paper-Piercing Pack, Paper Piercing Tool.
GOJUS!!! (YILM!) Can I tell you how much I LOVE Summer Starfruit?!?! Initially, I thought it was kind of YUCK when I first saw it, but it is quickly becoming my favorite of all the new InColors! It is just the right color to spark so many other ones.
I used it again on this card. Lookie:
Ingredients: Stamps - Serene Silhouettes, Trust God, En Francaise, Netting; Paper - Midnight Muse, Summer Starfruit, Calypso Coral, Whisper White; Ink - Midnight Muse, Calypso Coral, Summer Starfruit, Wisteria Wonder; Other - Midnight Muse stitched satin ribbon, sponge wedges, Jewels Basics rhinestones.
GOJUS AGAIN!!! (YILM!) I think Midnight Muse is my second favorite color so far. Much more saturated than Not Quite Navy and Night of Navy.
Finally, lets not forget that not only does the new catalog bring new stamps and accessories, it also brings new digital downloads:
Ingredients: Fanfare Collection DVD, Cherry Cobbler seam binding, Antique Brads, font - LD Wedding, and LD Shelly Script.
GOJUS!!! (YILM!) These are my grandparents and I have to thank Facebook and my cousin Terri for providing me with this photo. I originally got on Facebook to keep in touch with my many, many cousins. It's been wonderful because we have started posting all our old photographs, so the ones I have may not be the same as the ones my cousins have. I love the Fanfare Collection DVD, there are so many wonderful vintagey things in it to use for those vintage photos or for just those layouts you want to have a vintage flare.
Well, there it is, time for you to move on to the next blog, which is my BFF Wendy, queen of waiting until the last minute to stamp! I don't know how she does it, but she always pulls so many faboo projects out of the hat whenever she stamps! Ta!

Beautiful flower images. Fabulous card creations.

I'm loving those two stamp sets. Both cards are gorgus! Your granparents were a handsome couple, and the MDS page is a great way to show them off. It's totally great that you can meet up with your cousins on Facebook and share family photos I like that idea a lot. TFS.

Jan, Jan, Jan, your creations are truly amazing! I love your cards, but seeing the MDS page with your grandparents got me all tear-eyed. Could you write your journaling in a post that's readable, would love to see what you said.
