What would this time of year be without a new JanTink kit?
No time at all, that's what!
I was really thrilled with this year's Christmas Simply Scrappin' kit, as it is a countdown kit! And even more thrilled to find out that the numbers on the countdown fit perfectly into a paper bag book! Lookie:
If you are not familiar with my paper bag book kits, you need to know that not only are there these pages, there are also sliders that fit into the openings of the bags:
All the numbers you don't see for the countdown are on these sliders, which look like this:
Both sides are decorated and there are a total of 6 of these, all different.
So you can scrapbook a photo for each day of December leading up to and including Christmas Day. I think this must be one of the most fun paperbag books I've ever done.
So if you are interested in purchasing this kit, I've put it up on the kit page. You can buy the instructions right now and download them immediately. You can also preorder the kit...I will take the first orders through the coming week and then place my order for the Simply Scrappin' kits I will need to create them. I do this because these kits are expensive and I do not want to order kits and end up stuck with them if I don't sell all the ones I placed orders for. So delivery on these kits will be a couple of weeks after you place your order.
The kits themselves have two options: with printed instructions and with downloaded instructions. I give those folks who order the kit with downloaded instructions a bit of a break since it saves me on paper and ink.
So bop on over to the kit store and order yours now! Ta!

Too cute! I love it. Thanks for sharing.

Hi Jan. I purchased your directions for the papaer bag Christmas book. However, it has been downloading for about 1 hour and not making any progress. By chance do you have a PDF file? Is there anything I could be/should be doing differently to gain access to the instructions? OR, am I doing something wrong???
