Good day, my friendly friends! It's time again for the Controlfreaks to strut their stuff!
If you've arrived here from Mary Brown's blog, you are in the right place. But if you started here, don't worry! You can go all the way round the tour and still end up back here when you are done.
Our theme this month is "In the Good Ole Summertime". So I've spent some time whipping up some summery projects for you! Nothing makes me think of summer more than flowers. Lookie:
Ingredients: Stamps - Punched Posies, Occasional Quotes; Paper - Marina Mist, Melon Mambo, Whisper White; Ink - Marina Mist, Melon Mambo, Daffodil Delight, Wild Wasabi, Peach Parfait; Other - Fancy Flower punch, 5-Petal Flower punch, Scallop Circle punch, Modern Label Punch, Slit punch, 1" circle punch, Word Window punch, 1/4" Daffodil Delight grosgrain ribbon, silver brad, dimensionals, sponge wedges, Illuminate Top Coat Smooch Pearlized Accent Ink
GOJUS!!! (YILM!) I used some of the new Smooch accent ink on the flowers...lookie:
Ooooh....pretty!
One of the other things that makes me think of summer is fresh herbs. So I thought I'd pull out this set that I won from Shelli's blog contest and had yet to use and make a card! Lookie:
Ingredients: Stamps - Herb Expressions, Define Your Life; Paper - Pear Pizazz, Rich Razzleberry, Tempting Turquoise, Whisper White; Ink - Basic Black, Pear Pizazz; Markers - Pear Pizazz, Old Olive, Tempting Turquoise, Rich Razzleberry; Other - Scallop Edge punch, blender pen, 5/8" Basic Black grosgrain, Finial Press Embossing Folder, gold brads
GOJUS AGAIN!!! (YILM!) this color combo came from the new Color Coach. I must say I really like it, even though when I laid the colors together on the table I thought, hmmmmm....
Well, I leave for convention tomorrow, so no time to chat. I'll be posting regularly and tweeting too, so you won't have to suffer without your regular JanTink fix!
Now that you're ready to leave, hop on over to Ilina Crouse's blog to see what she has for you! Ta!

Love the punched posies card!! So bright and cheery, it makes me smile!

Both cards are beautiful, but I especially love the 2nd one - the layout is so effective for the herb picture and the color combo is indeed striking. TFS and have fun at convention!

Seriously, I'm really glad you'll be posting from convention (I can't go, again) because I'm pretty sure I would lose all will to craft without my regular JanTink fix!
