Very very very very patiently...okay...not so patiently! For my StU!ff on that glorious brown truck! Come to mama!!!
In the meantime, I decided to have a bash at the latest Mojo Monday sketch! Lookie:
Ingredients: (all SU!) Stamps - Great Friend; Paper - Walk in the Park DSP, So Saffron, Whisper White, Cameo Coral, Basic Grey, Baja Breeze; Ink - Baja Breeze, Cameo Coral, Basic Grey, Kiwi Kiss, So Saffron; Other - Paper Piercing tool, scallop circle punch, 1 3/8" circle punch, Cameo Coral marker, Vintage brads, sponge wedges, dimensionals, Basic Grey ribbon, linen thread
"Jan, Jan!" you say, "How DO you DO it?!?!?!" Yes, yes, it is GOJUS, is it not? (YILM!) I do not know how I do it. It is a gift and one cannot ever cease to be grateful that there is something one can do without screwing up. As I do so many other things!
Of course, you folks don't see the stuff that ends up in my wastebasket, now do you? For every 10 cards I make, there is probably at least one in the trash. The good thing is, the longer you do this, the better your ratio gets. It used to be 1 out of 5 cards in the trash.
Well, my friends, I stand on the brink of a precipice. Tomorrow spring vacation will officially start for Laurel at 12 N and it will start at 3 PM for the other kids. Dan will be off at 3:15 on Thursday. So I am savoring one of my last solitary hours alone here in the house before I go off to bring children home. You may not hear as much from me in the next week and a half, if only because I will be fighting to even get near my computer. If I don't post in a week, call in the rescue squad, will you? Ta!

This is one gorgeous card! Love how you have incorporated the various elements!
I am still waiting for my Freaks swaps and I am getting impatient! Fingers crossed that they will be waiting in my mailbox today!

Glad to see YOU found some Mojo! LOL! I'm still playing with this week's Mojo sketch. My box from Mr Brown arrives tomorrow night. Not sure it will provide any additional inspiration for this sketch, but one can hope!

Jan,
I love having my first cup of coffee with you on the mornings when you have a new post--what am I going to do if you don't post anything for the next 10 days! How will I survive! Besides being hysterically funny, you are extremely talented. My fingers are crossed that your talent is recognized with the SU! Artisan Award! Happy Easter.

Jan...my thanks and admiration to you for your incredible gift!!! I want you to know that I check your blog all the time. I enjoy your edgy and very creative projects. I too would love to enter the artisan awards but as I sit down to come up with something totally "original" I stop and think...no, I've seen that somewhere else and it wasn't mine. countless things are in my trash.... I gave up...but I am a good copier and tweeker. You are my inspiration...keep 'em coming!
