Je m'appelle "Pierre!"
Voulez-vous quelques oefs de Pâques?
Quoi?
Oui? Tu en veux?
Bien! Voilà!
Ingredients: (All SU!) Stamps - Voilà, Loads of Love Accessories, Polka Dot; Paper - Prints Pattern II pack (hostess level 1), Apricot Appeal, Cameo Coral, Lavender Lace, Whisper White, Certainly Celery; Ink - Basic Black, Apricot Appeal, Certainly Celery; Other - Apricot Appeal, Certainly Celery, Blush Blossom, Pretty in Pink, Lavendar Lace, Cameo Coral & Basic Black markers, large oval punch, scalloped oval punch, slit punch, paper crimper, gold brad, dimensionals, sponge wedge
Oui, oui! C'est MAGNIFIQUE!
Oui, Jan a dit "oui, je m'aime!" (OJMA!! trans. YILM!!) Elle est trés vaine! Mmmph, mmmphmmm.... (sounds of a struggle in the background...)
Okay, I'm jumping in here, since Pierre's mouth is full of hard-boiled egg at this point...it's breakfast time and it was um....hard to keep him from eating all the Easter eggs before I took this photo! Yeah, that's it! Have another egg, Pierre! Mmmph!!! Now...here's some espresso, Pierre...go cook dinner, there's a good chef! (sounds of receding footsteps, then a slamming door)
I just love accessory sets, don't you? This one, which goes with Loads of Love, is a lot of fun to combine with Voilà! In this case, though, I had to do a little bit of work on the bottom of the pile of eggs, since it is meant to disappear into the back of the truck. So I made some Easter grass to cover up the bottom of the pile by crimping a piece of cardstock and cutting super thin strips off the edge. Then I put some Tombo Mono Multi down and stuck the grass to it. Lookie:
OJMA!!..er...I mean, YILM!!! I'm so dang clever!
Well, I have company coming to stamp with me, so I have to go tidy up a bit downstairs. Ta!

Jan - I was so excited that I actually followed the "conversation" with Pierre! I took French about 25 years ago LOL.
Fabulous card as always - and fabulous sense of humor as always. Thanks so much for sharing your talent and (hem) mind with us :-)

I am so glad to hear you are improving even if it is slowly! I know what that was like as I had it (and am in the same slowly improving boat) for weeks! Love how you did the eggs and don't you just wish Stampin Up would come out with more accessories for the boat, truck and other sets like the Chef? Darn, they annoy me!

Jan, how do you come up with such great ideas? I figure it must be at 3 AM when you are munching on chocolate and in overdrive to finish something before you go to bed. No? You are amazing!
